      ISCM – Internal Sales Client Management

      Location: Chennai

      Qualification: Any degree with good communication

      About the Role:

      This role will be majorly handling the clients interaction on the requirements and clarifications.

      Key Responsibilities :

      Professionals in these roles manage the entire revenue cycle from an operational and relationship-building standpoint.

      Core daily functions include: Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key internal and external accounts, handling escalations, and ensuring contract renewals.

      Pipeline Management: Monitoring sales funnels, updating CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and forecasting revenue.

      Internal Coordination: Working directly with supply chain, inventory, and finance teams to guarantee client orders are fulfilled on time and at the lowest possible cost.

      Sales Support: Generating leads, setting up meetings, and preparing pricing strategies for account executives.

      Interact with client and understand the requirement coordinate with internal team and fullfill the client requirements.
      Coordinate the IT requirements and discuss with internal sales team.
      Coordination with multiple stakeholders.
