Job Overview

Functional Area   

1. Identify new contractors, builders, and distributors.
2. Promote construction chemicals and explain key technical benefits.
3. Maintain regular contact and ensure repeat business.
4. Track trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
5. Prepare plans and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals.
6. Visit project sites and coordinate product demos/application support.
7. Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and logistics follow-ups.
8. Maintain sales records and share updates with management.

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate new business by identifying contractors, builders, applicators, and distributors.
2. Promote construction chemical products through presentations, demos, and site visits.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and follow-ups.
5. Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
6. Coordinate with technical teams for product trials, application guidance, and after-sales support.
7. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide inputs for pricing and strategy.
8. Ensure timely order processing and delivery by coordinating with logistics and production teams.
9. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
