Graphic Designer

Job Overview

Responsible for the design and development of new as well as existing products and components using advanced CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and NX. Ensures that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, performance, safety, and reliability requirements while adhering to customer specifications and applicable industry standards. Continuously works on design optimization to enhance manufacturability, improve production efficiency, reduce overall costs, and minimize material wastage without compromising product quality. Collaborates closely with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure seamless transition from design to mass production and alignment with shop-floor capabilities. Actively involved in prototype development, evaluation, testing, and validation, analyzing test results and incorporating design improvements to enhance durability and performance. Works cross-functionally with R&D, production, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure effective coordination and timely execution of projects. Responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and technical documentation. Ensures full compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
