      Job Overview

      1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the residential and commercial segments for wooden flooring products.
      2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending trade shows or industry events.
      3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages of our wooden flooring products.
      4. Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements to recommend suitable wooden flooring solutions that meet their requirements.
      5. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
      6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
      7. Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and installation teams, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of wooden flooring products.
      8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights to management to inform sales and marketing strategies.
      9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities for review by management.
      10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
