Job Overview
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the residential and commercial segments for wooden flooring products.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending trade shows or industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages of our wooden flooring products.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements to recommend suitable wooden flooring solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and installation teams, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of wooden flooring products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights to management to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities for review by management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
