Job Title: Printer Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 Years

Location: Delhi

We are looking for a Printer Support Engineer with hands-on experience in inkjet and laser printers. The candidate should be capable of handling on-site troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Printer - Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Proficiency with various printer technologies (laser, inkjet, MFP).

Understanding of printer software, drivers, and network protocols.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel (often required).

Role Focus

Maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Stay updated on new printing technologies and software.

Troubleshooting and repair of Inkjet and LaserJet printers

Handling passbook printers and colour printers

Diagnose hardware issues such as paper jams, fuser issues, rollers, cartridges, and print quality problems

Install, configure, and test printers

Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown support

Coordinate with users and ensure timely resolution within SLA

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of inkjet, laserjet, passbook, and colour printers

Experience in printer hardware troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of printer drivers and Windows OS

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred)
