Job Summary

  • Position:* Desktop Support Engineer

    Location:* Bhuj

    *Experience:* 1–2 years (or as per requirement)

    Key Responsibilities

    * Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

    * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and authorized software applications.

    * Handle user issues related to email, network connectivity, VPN, and system performance.

    * Manage and resolve incidents through ticketing tools within defined SLAs.

    * Perform system upgrades, patch installations, and routine maintenance.

    * Set up new machines – imaging, configurations, user account setup, data transfer.

    * Troubleshoot hardware issues (HDD, RAM, motherboard, display, etc.).

    * Provide basic support for LAN, switches, Wi-Fi, IP phones, and network printers.

    * Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for issue escalation.

    * Maintain asset inventory and update logs for all IT equipment.

    * Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
