Job Title: IT Asset Executive / IT Asset Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset Executive / IT Asset Coordinator to manage and maintain our organizations IT hardware, software, and licenses. You will ensure all assets are accurately tracked, compliant, and fully optimized throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT asset Executive shall be responsible to record all IT assets. Should have

knowledge of working on excel reports.

• IT asset Executive is responsible to keep and maintain record of all IT assets with help of inventory management tool as well as by tracking manually.

• IT asset Executive shall handle inventory management systems. Should communicate with vendors to provide solution.

• Track, and maintain record of all IT devices, Laptop, Desktop, UPS, printers TAB.

• IT asset Manager responsible for preparation of dispatch material documents and follow-up till delivery of IT material.

• IT asset Executive is responsible for Asset Tagging, Tracking of asset life / warranty.

• IT asset Executive shall lead activity for Periodic review of IT assets as per requirement.

• IT asset Executive maintain all transaction of IT asset movement and Insurance follow up for damaged cases

• IT asset Executive is work for asset arrangement for new joinee as per projection of joinee.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• The candidate must be a graduate.

• 14 years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations.

• Familiarity with IT asset management or ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, Lans weeper, Manage Engine).

• Strong Excel and documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
