GENERATING & ENTERING 2 ENQUIRIES PER DAY
FOLLOW UP OF ENQUIRY IN SALES FORCE APP
SENDING E- QUOTE& E-BROUCHER TO CUSTOMERS THROUGH SALES FORCE
HOME VISIT / CORPORATE VISIT/ NOTICE ACTIVITIES etc.
CONDUCTING LOAN MELA AND EVENTS
GIVING TEST DRIVE TO CUSTOMERS
FOLLOW UP OF ENQUIRY IN A FREEQUENT BASIS FOR BOOKING
BOOKING
ENTERING PRE BOOKINGS IN SALES FORCE APP
FILLING OBF AND TAKING BOOKING
ARRANGING FINANCE THROUGH FINANCE CORDINATOR
TAKING OF ACCESSORY REQUIREMENT FROM THE CUSTOMERS
RETAIL / BILLING
COLLECTING DOCUMENTS FOR BILLING & REGISTRATION
COLLECTING SIGNED FORM 20 FROM CUSTOMER & BANK
ACHIEVE THE TARGET GIVEN BY SALES MANAGER
DELIVERY
ARRANGEMENT OF DELIVERY VEHICLE ON TIME
ARRANGEMENT OF HSRP NUMBER PLATE
AFTER SALES SERVICE
POST SALES FOLLOW UP BY HOME VISIT / TELE CALLING
RESOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS THROUGH CDI DEPARTMENT
COLLECTING REFERANCE FROM DELIVERED CUSTOMERS
UPDATING OF BUSSINES ASSOCIATE
