Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of web apps, websites, and mobile applications on multiple platforms
Conduct technical testing to ensure system reliability, security, and performance
Execute functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device testing
Carry out UI/UX testing to verify usability, accessibility, and user experience
Identify, document, and report bugs, interface issues, and user journey blockers
Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve errors
Test error handling, validate backend error responses and user-facing error messages
Work with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman) where required
Prepare and maintain testing documentation, test cases, and issue logs

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing (manual and automated)
Strong knowledge of technical, functional, and usability testing methodologies
Experience with popular testing tools (Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, etc.)
Understanding of error handling, edge cases, and system validation
Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design best practices
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
