About the Role

The ideal candidate should be strong in Python development, problem-solving, and turning concepts into scalable software solutions. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services.

Build IT products from scratch, from concept to deployment.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.

Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Participate in code reviews and improve development standards.

Work on application performance, security, and maintainability.

Contribute new ideas and innovative concepts for product improvement.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Python programming.

Minimum 1 years of hands-on development experience.

Experience in building products or applications from the ground up.

Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design.

Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems like Git.

Ability to think creatively and build new concepts.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Exposure to cloud platforms, deployment, and testing.

Experience working in startups or product-based environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Strong portfolio or project experience in Python development is an added advantage.
