      Pioneverse Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations, support business operations, and coordinate internal meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to handle people coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities smoothly.

      Key Responsibilities

      •⁠ ⁠Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding support, record maintenance, attendance and leave coordination, and HR data updates.

      •⁠ ⁠Support recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.

      •⁠ ⁠Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities, and ensure all required documents are collected and maintained properly.

      •⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting schedules, send calendar invites, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain MOMs where required.

      •⁠ ⁠Support business operations through tracker management, vendor or office coordination, and general administrative follow-ups needed for smooth execution.

      •⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

      •⁠ ⁠Prepare basic HR and operations reports, maintain MIS/tracker updates, and ensure process compliance.

      Requirements

      •⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in HR, HR operations, office administration, or coordination roles.

      •⁠ ⁠Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.

      •⁠ ⁠Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

      •⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks, meetings, and operational priorities efficiently.

      •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email communication.

      •⁠ ⁠Preferred candidate should be based in Hyderabad or willing to work in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad.
