Pioneverse is a dynamic tech company pioneering innovative web3 and digital experience platforms. We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance applications that drive our vision forward.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack applications using React for dynamic frontends and Node.js for robust backends.

Collaborate on React-based projects, including component design, state management (Redux/Context API), and performance optimization.

Build and deploy Node.js services with Express.js, handling APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and real-time features (Socket.io).

Integrate databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL; work with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Implement responsive UIs with modern CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Write clean, testable code; conduct code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability and security.

Stay updated with emerging tech like TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and microservices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

1+ years in full stack development, with strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

Experience with version control (Git), agile methodologies, and testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Familiarity with additional stack: Redis, Nginx, WebSockets, blockchain basics (a plus).

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Next.js, React Native, or serverless architectures.

Knowledge of web3 technologies (Ethereum, IPFS) or AI/ML integrations.
