The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and managing key relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of both - the organisation's objectives and the needs of its partners. The primary goal is to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth and success.
Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, partners and stakeholders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved ly. • Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. • Foster a collaborative and positive relationship environment, ensuring partners feel valued and supported.
Business Development: • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including terms, pricing and service level agreements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations and other materials for new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
Strategic Planning: • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business development and relationship management. • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, partner feedback and industry best practices. • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.
Communicating and Reporting: • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on partnership activities, progress and challenges. • Prepare and present reports, metrics and analysis related to partnership performance, revenue generation and other key indicators. • Ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and accountability at all times.

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) - Any Specialization
Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Any Specialization
PGDM - Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in business development, partnership management or related roles. Experience in relevant industries such as technology, finance or healthcare is a plus.
