Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

Would be a part of team which focuses on employee engagement.

\ Must have high energy and enthusiasm to drive various Wellness and Fun initiatives at the global level.

\ Experience in organizing cultural and sports events at college / university.

\ Able to independently handle end to end implementation of the initiatives.

\ Must poses excellent verbal communication skills, should be able to anchor events.

\ Excellent written communication skills, a flair towards making mailers, flyers, posts will be an added advantage.

\ Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to maintain effective relationships with all the stakeholders.

\ Good vendor management capabilities

\ Good at Data management, taking ownerships.

Required Skills: Public Speaking, Excellent Written and verbal communication, Microsoft stack (Excel, Power Point, Word, Forms)

Note : Hiring time line – Initially the candidate will be hired as a trainee for 6 months and then post successful completion of trainee period and basis performance the candidate will be converted to a full time employee.
