Job Summary
- Coordinate field service activities, Support & guide Service Personnel on site doing installation, maintenance & service
- Create and assign service tickets to appropriate technicians or teams for resolution
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
- Adhere to established service level agreements and response times for service requests
- Vendor management for Service support
- Vlookup, Pivot experience is required
- Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills.
Coordinating with vendors for spare parts repairs.
