Job Summary

  • Roles and Responsibilities
     

    • Coordinate field service activities, Support & guide Service Personnel on site doing installation, maintenance & service
    • Create and assign service tickets to appropriate technicians or teams for resolution
    • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
    • Adhere to established service level agreements and response times for service requests
    • Vendor management for Service support
    • Vlookup, Pivot experience is required
    • Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills.
      Coordinating with vendors for spare parts repairs.
       

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Basic Coordination skills , good communication and team management skills.

    Strong on verbal and written communication with MS Excel.
