  • Responsible for adherence / review of Operational Matrix as per CMC. For Eg.

    A) Daily Activity Task, ensuring daily task should be on time

    B) Real time incident calling, Real Time issue handling. (Temperature Monitoring, CCTV, VTS, Solar Energy Monitoring, Server space management, Fire alarm, Generator fuel monitoring)

    C) Providing preventive measures to control incident.

    D)Ensuring System is always up. Ensuring Data Continuity of devices.

    E) Calibration of Devices on yearly Basis.

    F) New device installation as per request, Sensor Troubleshooting, Installed device Maintenance.

    G) Application detail Up-gradation and troubleshooting.
  • Responsible to generate and publish MIS reports to measure the Business and Operational KPIs
  • Responsible for planning calibration in advance and execute the same against all devices of various makes and keeping the masters updated
  • Responsible to report in shift as per roster to fulfil 24/7 support

  • Responsible for checking availability of batteries in the branch and replace them before due date and keep the masters updated.

  • Responsible for inventory of stock (devices of all types and makes / Batteries / Cables / any other accessories) are managed with ZERO variance, checked and certified once in a week by department head.

  • Responsible for timely installation of the various devices wherever applicable.

  • Responsible to take action on the dashboard ticket within TAT of 15 min

  • Monitoring server level backup, reporting and escalation to make sure daily operation work smoothly.

  • Identify challenges within processes and treat them as opportunities which can be worked upon.
