Job Description

Design, develop, and test physical computer components such as processors, circuit boards, memory devices, and peripheral hardware.

Ensure optimal hardware efficiency, performance, reliability, and scalability across multiple system architectures.

Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality benchmarks at all stages.

Collaborate with software, firmware, electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams for hardware–software compatibility.

Perform simulations, validation, diagnostics, and stress testing to evaluate design effectiveness.

Troubleshoot hardware defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support system integration, upgrades, lifecycle maintenance, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Evaluate emerging technologies, components, and vendors to recommend innovative hardware solutions.

Create and maintain detailed schematics, specifications, test reports, and technical documentation.

Participate in cross-functional design reviews, audits, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Assist with cost optimization, risk assessment, compliance audits, supplier coordination, prototype builds, field issue resolution, and continuous improvement programs supporting organizational and customer requirements and term goals.
