Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
  • Perform effective Power Point Presentations to prospects
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
  • Preparation of commercial quotes and follow up with clients/customer to obtain PO/Work Orders

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience and customer support
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing target of calls per day
  • Proficient with Power Point Presentation and Excel
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to travel to customer places inside the Cities and Outside the Cities
