Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for complete HR activities including hiring, compensation and benefits, appraisals, statutory compliances etc.
  • Coordination and Implementation of all policies as enumerated in the HR manual.
  • Creation of ESI/EPF & registration.
  • Coordination of Conduct of all types of interviews, on boarding processes etc.
  • Implementation of mandatory regulation with respect to standard deductions and all aspects related to HSE.
  • Conduct and attend of all mandatory audits both in PYOME as well as clients office.
  • Administration and execution of monthly employee’s payroll.
  • External/Internal Employee’s assessment and coordination of R&R program.
  • Liaison duties with various government offices with regard to HR functions.
  • Responsible for maintaining social calendar and conduct of social and extracurricular activities.
  • Responsible for ownership of HR Manager when HR Manger is absent
  • Attending customer compliance audit and submission of monthly, half yearly and annual compliance reports.

Desirable: MBA in HR/B.Com/BBM/MSW

EXPERIENCE

Desirable: 5 to 7 Years

Minimum required: 4 Years

MBA (HR)/ Degree /MSW Certificates

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Six days in a week
