Job Description: Business Analyst – Sales & Telecalling (0–2 Years)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Business Analyst to support our Sales and Telecalling operations. The role involves analyzing sales data, handling customer interactions, and actively contributing to lead conversion and revenue growth. Candidates should be comfortable working with both data and direct customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales and telecalling data to track performance and identify trends
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on lead conversion and call outcomes
Handle telecalling activities including lead follow-ups, cold calling, and customer engagement
Support the sales team in managing leads and maintaining CRM data
Improve sales processes and suggest actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Also do some Business Development Activity
