As a BDM /BDE you need to do Brand marketing and Implement creative marketing and promotional strategies to capture the market.

Visit Universities, Colleges, Schools, and other educational institutes for tie-ups with the BDM's. Meeting the Principals, Coordinators, and management Personnel of schools for Business generation and fix the appointments.

Generate inquiries to network with educational institutions and key decision-makers.

To establish and maintain the company's presence in target including top universities, markets, schools, colleges, tuition centers, and other educational centers

Supervise and optimize sales resources to achieve their individual and overall team goals.

Train and develop a high-performance sales team, build a competitive, focused, and result-

driven culture for prospects, and reach out to leads.

 

Handle challenging sales cases, minimize lead wastage, and speed up the sales cycle.

Tracking and reporting on sales activities (i.e. leads, appointments, enrollment).

Presentable and can give seminars in School, College, and Public gatherings.

Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining a strong relationship with schools,

colleges, and institutions.

 

Build agents networks at the local level and do regular follow-ups with them to get the

business leads.

 

Required Candidate profile:

 

Only Male candidates ( Young age group preferable ).

Must be able to commute to Hyderabad.

Having a great passion for field marketing.

Languages : Telugu, English and Hindi.
