Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.

Talent Sourcing:
Support the HR Recruiter in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Assist in building a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Help review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with job requirements.
Participate in initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination:
Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinating with hiring managers or interview panels.
Provide candidates with necessary information about the company and interview process.
Employer Branding:
Contribute ideas to enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Recruitment Administration:
Help maintain recruitment data and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the HR team in organizing recruitment-related documentation.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.
Recruitment Projects:
Assist in special recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment or diversity hiring initiatives.



Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Academic grades should be more than 80%.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
