      Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader

      Job Summary

      We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecalling Team Leader to oversee our telecalling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telecallers, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the team meets its daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will play a key role in coaching the team to improve communication skills and conversion rates.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve set targets.

      • Performance Monitoring: Track daily calls, talk time, and lead conversions using CRM tools or excel reports.

      • Training & Coaching: Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide training on sales pitches, objection handling, and soft skills.

      • Strategy Planning: Develop scripts and call strategies to improve the quality of leads and customer engagement.

      • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on team productivity and present them to the management.

      • Quality Audit: Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure compliance with company standards and quality scripts.

      • Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated customer calls and resolve internal team issues effectively.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Education: Any Graduate (Degree in Business, HR, or Marketing is a plus).

      • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, 

      • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Proficiency in Telugu is an added advantage).

      • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Reporting) and experience using CRM software.

      • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.

      • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze call data and performance metrics to drive results.
