Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interface between clients and application/system support teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Handle client queries promptly by understanding requirements and providing accurate technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
Ensure high-quality service delivery through strong verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas toward process improvements and efficiency.
Work independently with minimal supervision and progressively develop expertise to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Monitor recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience or understanding of Service Desk Management processes.
Strong capabilities in Service Desk Voice Support with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective client interaction.
Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Basic technical knowledge/background is mandatory, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) - Any Specialization
