      About the Role

      We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive Fresher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT services and business growth. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn how to generate business leads through different online channels and build client relationships.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Assist in lead generation activities through bidding portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru), LinkedIn, and email marketing.
      • Learn to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to propose customized IT solutions.
      • Support in planning and executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
      • Assist in crafting and managing targeted email outreach.
      • Learn to develop sales strategies, create proposals, and support contract discussions.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
      • Explore new channels to generate business opportunities.
      • Participate in building and improving sales processes.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Fresh graduates passionate about technology and business development are welcome to apply.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
      • Interest in learning IT services, AI, and digital marketing.
      • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
      • Basic understanding of the software/IT industry will be a plus
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred.
      • Familiarity with LinkedIn or bidding portals will be a plus.

      • Internship or training experience in sales or business development
      • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or other lead generation platforms
