    Job Summary:

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets consistently.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with major clients.

    • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.

    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth business operations.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Any Bachelor’s degree

    • Proven experien years 2+ ) in sale.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

    • Willingness to travel as required.
