Job Opportunity: Electrical Site Technician / Supervisor

Location: Various Project Sites, Kerala (100% Field-based)

We are seeking high-energy, dedicated Electrical Technicians and Supervisors to lead the on-site execution of high-priority Government Infrastructure Projects across Kerala. This is a physically demanding, field-based role that requires technical precision, physical grit, and an uncompromising commitment to electrical safety. You will play a vital role in installing and maintaining critical power distribution units that power the state.

• Installation: Lead the on-site setup of Ring Main Units (RMU) and Double Pole (DP) structures.

• Cabling: Handle all HT/LT cable laying, including professional jointing and termination works.

• Infrastructure: Assist in the assembly and erection of roadside electrical gear and transformer units.

• Fault Finding: Perform rapid on-site troubleshooting and immediate repairs during system failures.

• Safety & Standards: Ensure all work strictly adheres to government specifications and electrical safety protocols.

• Education: Must possess a mandatory ITI Certificate in the Electrical or Wireman trade.

• Expertise: 1–3 years of experience in HT/LT electrical fieldwork. We also encourage applications from high-performing freshers with strong academic records.

• Field Readiness: Must be comfortable working in outdoor environments under various weather conditions (Rain or Shine).

• Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required for site communication. Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus.

• Mobility: Must be willing to travel and relocate between project sites across Kerala as needed.
