    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
    • Provide support in employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and organize training and development programs for employees
    • Support payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee salaries
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational culture
