Product Advisor - Telesales (Ongoing hiring)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Product Advisors to join our outbound telesales team. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Sales Conversion: Pitch, negotiate, and close sales to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the product/service to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into active customers.

Skills: Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Salary(Net Take Home): 16K for Freshers plus additional incentives

Language skills: English & Tamil.

6days working (1 rotational week off can be taken between Mon - Fri)

Shift Type: Day Shift

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM - includes 1 hour lunch break
