This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration for new hires
    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
    • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events
    • Assist in performance management processes by preparing documentation and scheduling reviews
    • Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Collaborate with team members to improve HR programs and practices
