• Process and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation and orientation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies
• Support the HR team in executing various employee engagement initiatives
• Generate reports and provide insights on HR metrics and payroll data
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR systems and processes
