    We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Front Desk Executive to be the face of One Root. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front office operations, and supporting administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
    • Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
    • Provide administrative support to different departments.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
    • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and office support staff.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Prior experience in front desk/administrative role is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the first point of contact for our farmers and partners. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure farmers receive the best possible support.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Serve as the main contact point for farmers and customers, addressing queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.

    * Maintain strong farmer relationships by offering timely updates and solutions.

    * Record and manage farmer details, crop updates, and service requests in the system.

    * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

    * Provide clear communication regarding crop schedules, pricing, and services offered.

    * Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and providing regular feedback.

    Requirements

    * Graduation in B.Sc. Agriculture preferred (not mandatory).

    * Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

    * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).

    * Ability to build trust and rapport with farmers.

    * Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.

    * Previous experience in customer support or farmer relations is an added advantage.
