• Make outbound calls to potential customers to Recovery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to assist with their inquiries
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects to achieve Recovery targets
• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the Recovery team to optimize the Recovery strategy
