Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels to generate quality leads.

Promote products and services effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Skills Required:

Excellent proficiency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities.

A fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach.

Compensation:

CTC: ₹7,80,000 per annum

Fixed: ₹2,40,000

Variable: ₹5,40,000
