 Position Purpose Summary :


Executive Sales is responsible for overall sales in the assigned project with periodic monitoring of sales and collections, and achieving exemplary customer satisfaction at each touch point.


 Key Accountabilities:


  1. Primary responsibility is to generate retail sales from the project location. However, the employee shall also look for opportunities in the nearby vicinity e.g. organizations, channel partners, etc. and try to generate sales from these avenues.
  2. The employee should also carry out micro level market research, specially analyze the market dynamics in the nearby vicinity as regards to competitor projects, product offerings, etc.
  3. The employee shall be responsible for adhering to the defined sales process.
  4. Customer satisfaction at all touchpoints within his/her preview would also form a part of the core job.
  5. Should maintain relationship with various customers,   department officials  at state and district level and media personnel along with maintaining and updating a list of the same
  6. To mandatorily conduct monthly meetings and assess the sales / collections / promotion achievements for the previous month


  • Identifying, recommending, training and monitoring of Sales Executives.       
  • Timely reporting – Weekly submission of expenses, Activity reports, Advance Tour Program and Monthly submission of promotional
  • Support market research and corporate sales team in various aspects e.g. analyzing competitor strategies/new initiatives/product offerings, etc.
  • Identifying corporate clients and support the corporate sales team in forming relationships/gaining entry to the establishments.
  • Participate in property shows showcasing his/her project or company’s project as directed and interact with prospective customers.
  • Personal growth –in terms of enhancing soft skills, job specific knowledge shall also be a part of his/her role.
