Remote Hand System (RHS) - Roles and Responsibility


1 RHS team

Trouble ticket –

(service requests, Complaints & RHS)      -Check for new dockets in service now

-acknowledging with standard remark

-further proper timely updates

-RFO submission, wherever required

-Docket closure with proper updates

-analysis of tickets


2 RHS team

Service Commissioning / Renewal / Upgradation-down gradation / Termination  -Check for new tasks

-Coordination with PM, Vendors & other internal teams as required

-Implementation of additional/ upgradation/ down gradation/ termination/ new order

-Task Closure


3 RHS team

Solution to sales / Feasibility       -Arranging Customer Visits

-updating floor layout & customer database as per orders

-Feasibility confirmation


4 RHS team

General Tasks    -revert in standard formats to customer audit requests

-track customer visits & audits in separate file

-conduct RHS activities as per request from customer & tracking it in separate file & submitting report in by 2nd day of every month

-support GSMC team towards MHS setup and track their requests properly for monthly RHS billing.

-take proactive rounds over random DC floors per shift in various areas

-track customer material in staging rooms, 4A passage & follow up for getting the area vacant.

-preparing MIS reports to be sent to customers on monthly basis

-raising RFCs as per requirements

-raising PARs for access creation / deactivation as per internal/customer access requisition forms.

-coordinate with House Keeping staff for DC & other cleaning

-coordinate with Security Guards / Security Supervisors for access permission / material movements / other daily routine work

-Escalate internal as well as customer related issues & concerns related internally & if required at customer end.
