We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Lead (0–2 years) to support our development team in designing, implementing, and delivering high‑quality software solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong technical fundamentals, hands‑on project exposure, and the ability to guide junior team members while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will contribute to technical decision‑making, ensure code quality, and support end‑to‑end project execution.

Responsibilities:

Assist in leading small development teams and coordinating daily technical activities.

Participate in designing system architecture, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software modules.

Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and designers to deliver project milestones.

Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization across applications.

Document technical workflows, propose improvements, and drive minor technical initiatives.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and SDLC.

Hands‑on experience in at least one modern tech stack (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, MERN, Mobile, or Cloud).

Good analytical, communication, and team‑coordination skills.

Ability to take ownership and learn quickly.
