Roles and Responsibilities
- Search for new clients in designated regions & establish as primary point of connect with new clients prioritizing customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Creating long term relationships through Cold calling, Field Visit and providing right solutions.
- Ability to understand and interpret client requirements along with providing alternative solutions as required to meet unique customer needs.
- Key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitors' analysis, and customer behaviour to inform strategic decision-making and actively manage pipelines.
- Ability to develop a bonding with sales team and technical experts in sharing the experience as well as gaining knowledge mutually.
- Regular sales reporting to the Sales Director and Management, providing valuable insights and forecasts including new projects in designated areas
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow new potential key account fleet customers, driving revenue growth across all business sectors..
- Create sales and marketing strategies to improve market penetration and market expansions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, share best practices, and engage in ad-hoc tasks to continuously improve performance.
