Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to customers and sales team members.
  3. Preparation of technical proposals including costing
  4. Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical analysis to evaluate the compatibility of products with customer requirements.
  5. Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and answering product-related questions.
  6. Collaborate with the internal team to identify opportunities for product improvement and development based on customer feedback and market trends.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  8. Continuously update and maintain technical documentation, product manuals, and training materials for internal and external use.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, providing input on product enhancements, customization requests
  10. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  3. Strong presentation skills to deliver product demonstrations and technical training to internal and external audiences.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  5. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering technical presentations and training.
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.

Added Advantage:

  1. Strong technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment, including a deep understanding of products, and applications.
  2. Experience in technical sales or application engineering role within the relevant industry.
