We are looking for a motivated AI Developer (Fresher) to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving.

As an AI Developer, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models under the guidance of senior engineers. You will work with structured and unstructured data, build basic machine learning models, and support automation and intelligent application development. Responsibilities include data preprocessing, model training and evaluation, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

Basic knowledge of Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow

Understanding of machine learning concepts, statistics, and data structures

Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and version control systems like Git

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or deep learning

Internship or academic project experience in AI/ML
