      Job Description: Lending team focuses on enabling Offline Merchants with loans through our lenders. - - - - - - -

      Go for sales visits, search for the merchants and provide them loans and maintain the accurate records

      Explain the merchants about products, its features and benefits

      Experience of selling financial products for Fintech (Preferably Loans/ Insurance etc.)

      Basic understanding of the loan process done digitally (KYC/Mandate/Autopay)

      Meet sales target and maintain customer relations

      Meeting or exceeding sales targets

      100% field sales job

      Reporting Matrix: The role will report to an Area Sales Manager

      Requirements:

      ● Proven work experience of 3-6 months in sales role

      ● Bike and Driving License
