Job description

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Experience in the following:

• Handling calls as per SLA related to:

• E-Mail Configuration

• Hardware, Desktops & Laptops

• Printers & Scanners

• Active Directory – Addition & Deletion

• Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot

• MS Office

• Working on Anti-Virus updates

• Working on Operating System – Windows latest version

• Updating CTS

2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and providing recommendations to ensure better customer services

3. Documentation & MIS reporting

4. Compliance management and escalating issues if required

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech,  (EEE / ECE / CSE / IT) , Diploma

• Good Communication Skills & Language proficiency
