Job Description:
We are hiring freshers who are keen to start their careers in GIS and Utility Network Processing. The selected candidates will be working on projects related to:
Utility Network Conversion and Updates: Digitizing, updating, and maintaining utility network data such as electric, water, and gas infrastructure in GIS platforms, mainly in ArcGIS and AutoCAD. This involves converting paper-based or legacy data into digital formats, ensuring accuracy, and integrating updates as per project specifications.
Geospatial Data Processing and Analysis: Performing data transformation, quality control, and spatial analysis to support decision-making in different industries such as urban planning, infrastructure development, and environmental management. This includes working with GIS tools to clean, process, and visualize geospatial datasets.
LiDAR Classification: Processing and categorizing LiDAR point cloud data to identify and classify features such as buildings, roads, vegetation, power lines and miscellaneous structures. This includes filtering noise, segmenting data, and assigning appropriate classifications based on project requirements, working mostly in TerraScan and Microstation platform.
Image Classification: Analyzing satellite or aerial images to identify land cover types, detect changes over time, and extract meaningful patterns. This involves supervised and unsupervised classification techniques, as well as object-based image analysis to classify raster data into pervious and impervious classes or similar based on project requirements.
3D Feature Extraction (FE): Extraction of utility poles and related attachments, planimetric data extraction that involves road features like curbs, edge of pavements, manholes, sidewalks, culverts etc. in 3D from LiDAR datasets for various engineering and city modelling applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on LiDAR data classification and feature extraction.
Process and analyze geospatial imagery for image classification.
Convert and update utility network data using GIS tools.
Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and deliver results within the given timeline.
Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and project execution.
Adapt to new technologies and software related to geospatial data processing.
Qualifications :
Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications:
Engg Diploma, BSc, Any Degree
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
