Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and update curricula for Cloud (e.g., AWS services, Kubernetes, serverless)

and DevOps (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform) trainings, including

hands-on labs and real-world projects.

 Deliver interactive virtual/in-person sessions, webinars, Faculty Development

Programs (FDPs), and hackathons etc

 Create assessments, quizzes, and coding challenges on LMS platforms to measure

learner progress and certification readiness.

 Integrate emerging tools like AI-driven simulations and generative AI for

personalized learning paths.

 Coordinate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams to customize

programs and track ROI via analytics.

 Mentor junior trainers and contribute to content refinement for behavioral + technical

skill-building.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field(e.g., Network Security,

Deep Learning).

 3+ years in L&D/corporate training, with proven expertise in Cloud (AWS Certified

Solutions Architect or equivalent) and DevOps (CKA/CKAD certified ideal).

 Hands-on proficiency in Java/Python, Angular, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions,

GitLab), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).

 Experience with LMS (Moodle, DoSelect) for course deployment, assessments, and

reporting.

 Strong presentation skills; track record of conducting webinars, FDPs, or placement

trainings.

Preferred Skills:

 Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies, RPA, ML integration in cloud

environments.

 Prompt engineering for AI tools (e.g., content generation, slide design via Microsoft

365/Copilot).

 Passion in training and mentoring the participants to make them Industry Ready
