      Profile: Sales Executive

      Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

      Job Type: Full-Time

      Experience: Minimum 6 Months (Sales/BPO preferred)

      Qualification: 12th Pass / UG / Graduate / PG

      Communication: Excellent English (Versant 5–6)

      Shift Details:

      Girls: Day Shift

      Boys: Rotational Shifts

      Week Off: Rotational

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Make inbound and outbound sales calls

      • Pitch products/services and close sales

      • Achieve assigned sales targets

      • Maintain call records and follow sales guidelines

      Client Acquisition: Finding, approaching, and securing new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

      Sales Process Management: Presenting products/services, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet targets.

      Relationship Building: Nurturing existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

      Market Research: Analyzing trends to adjust sales strategies and understand customer needs.

      Reporting: Updating sales managers on targets, prospects, and market feedback.
