Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Deliver high-quality classroom and online training sessions in BFSI domain
• Facilitate learning through interactive methods including case studies, role plays, and simulations
• Prepare training content, session plans, and assessments as per curriculum
• Conduct pre and post assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
• Provide career guidance and domain knowledge to students
• Track student progress and support their placement readiness
• Coordinate with the center head and placement teams for training and placement alignment
• Participate in curriculum improvement and training effectiveness reviews
Data Management :
• Maintain training delivery records, attendance, and student assessments
• Submit training reports and feedback regularly
• Track student performance through LMS and other internal tools
Skills Required:
• Strong subject knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools
• Ability to motivate and connect with youth
• Adaptable to classroom and virtual delivery formats
Qualification :
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or relevant domain
• BFSI certifications (NISM, NCFM, etc.) preferred
• Training certification (like TOT) is an added advantage
