Job Description:

Working as Faculty, taking complete responsibility of enrolled students which includes.
Conducting classes.
Ensuring student attendance and participation in sessions ensuring learning level of students.
Counseling of students and their parents if required.
Assessment and certification of all joined students.
Curriculum and training delivery:
Create and deliver high-quality training sessions on web development topics.
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory).
Candidate should be strong with JAVA, SQL, Python etc.
Strong motivation to work in the social sector.
Person should be comfortable to train students.
At least one year of experience in Training or Management.
Excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills. People handling skills
Technical mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
Project management: Assist with project requirements, timelines, and task allocation for training purposes.
Technical expertise: Maintain a high level of technical skill and stay updated on the latest web development trends like progressive web apps and serverless architecture.
Skill assessment: Evaluate the current understanding of trainees to identify areas where additional training is needed.

Education Qualification :

Mandatory: Graduation is must. Computer Graduate who knows computer & hardware well. Preferable: willingness in sales.
