Job Description - Software Engineer Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate or Post‑Graduate Trainees to join our Product Development team in a full‑time, permanent role. This is a work‑from‑office opportunity (5 days a week) designed for individuals eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in technology.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong learning attitude, high problem‑solving ability, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Selected trainees must successfully complete mandatory training and obtain required certifications before their official start date.

Compensation:

• During training: INR 25,000 per month

• Post‑confirmation: ₹4.5 – ₹6.5 LPA, based on performance

Commitment:

This role requires a minimum three‑year employment commitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Qualification : BE, BTECH (CS, IT), ME, MTECH(CS, IT) minimum 70% without any standing arrears.
  • Graduation Pass out – 2026
