Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry-Level RPA Developer to join our automation team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. You will work closely with business analysts and process owners to understand workflow requirements, document automation steps, and build efficient bots that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, assisting in creating automation workflows, testing bots for accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and preparing documentation for implemented solutions. You will also participate in continuous improvement activities and learn best practices for scalable and secure automation.

The ideal candidate should have basic programming knowledge (Python, .NET, or Java), strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn automation tools. Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in automation or software development are encouraged to apply.
