Junior Java Developer – Fresher job description -
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Java Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Core Java concepts, including OOPs, collections, exception handling, and multithreading. You will be involved in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while supporting the development, testing, and deployment of Java‑based applications.
Your responsibilities include assisting senior developers in designing modules, debugging issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation. Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, along with basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JDBC, and MySQL or other relational databases, is an added advantage. Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, and Eclipse/IntelliJ is preferred.
This role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, a willingness to learn, and effective communication skills. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or certifications in Java development are encouraged to apply.
